Every agent is trained on the client's specific business data — FAQs, product catalogs, policies, and procedures. Agents are deployed to the client's website as an embeddable chat widget (one line of code) and come with a full client portal for monitoring conversations, analytics, and settings.

### 29-Language Support
Agents automatically detect the visitor's language and respond accordingly. No configuration needed. ### Infinite Memory
Conversations are stored permanently with rolling summaries. After 20+ messages, older content is archived and retrieved by topic when relevant. Capacity: 50 million+ messages per agent. Agents remember past interactions even months later.

### Knowledge Graph
Automatic entity extraction from conversations — maps relationships between visitors, products, orders, and issues. Powers the Customer Journey Timeline visible in the client portal.

### SAGE Protocol
Scored Agent Governance Engine — Aivonic Labs's proprietary trust-based autonomy system. Agents progress through four levels:
1. Supervised — all outputs need human approval

Trust scores use Bayesian updates and decay without positive data, so agents must continuously earn their autonomy.
