The tier is determined by the number of active skills configured: Standard (up to 3 skills), Advanced (4–6 skills, $6,500 setup), and Complex (7+ skills, $8,000 setup). A standard agent can be production-ready in under 1 hour. This includes configuring skills, uploading your knowledge base, running our 4-phase pre-deployment evaluation (infrastructure, functional testing, quality scoring, and security testing), and deploying to your website. More complex setups with custom integrations take longer depending on requirements.

Do your agents support voice?

Yes. Agents in the client portal have built-in voice support that can be enabled in Settings. You enter your own API key for one of three supported providers: ElevenLabs, Hume AI (emotionally expressive voices), or OpenAI. Once enabled, the agent automatically detects the visitor’s language and responds with natural-sounding speech in 29 languages. This is separate from our Voice AI Agent service, which is a dedicated voice-first product.

What is the SAGE Protocol?

SAGE (Sovereign Agent Growth & Execution) is our proprietary trust-based autonomy system. Agents progress through four levels: Supervised (all outputs need approval), Reviewed (daily batch review), Monitored (exception-only review), and Autonomous (monthly audit sample). Trust scores are calculated using Bayesian updates and decay without new positive data, so agents must continuously earn their autonomy. Successful patterns propagate from individual agents to all agents on the platform.

How does the knowledge base work?

You upload your documents (PDFs, text files, website content) through the dashboard Settings page. Our system processes them into a searchable knowledge base using semantic embeddings. When a visitor asks a question, the agent retrieves the most relevant information from your knowledge base and generates an accurate, contextual response. The agent never fabricates information — it only answers based on what’s in your data.

Can I integrate the agent with my existing tools?

Yes. Our agents integrate with Gmail, Google Calendar, Calendly, and Slack out of the box. Additional integrations are available including CRM systems, email delivery, SMS, webhook handlers, and API connectors. The number of active integrations (skills) determines your agent tier. Premium support clients get priority access to custom integrations tailored to their specific tools and workflows.

What happens if the agent can’t answer a question?

The agent uses human escalation — one of our core skills. When it encounters a question outside its knowledge base or a situation requiring human judgment, it seamlessly hands off to your team via email, Slack, or the live support dashboard. You define the escalation rules: which topics, what urgency levels, and who gets notified.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Each client gets an isolated Docker container — your data never mixes with other clients. All communications are encrypted over HTTPS. We’re a Swedish company (Aivonic AB) operating under EU/GDPR regulations. Agent conversations are stored in your dedicated database, and you maintain full ownership of your data.

Yes — this is a core feature. Our agents analyze their own conversations every 25 interactions, extract behavioral patterns, and automatically improve. They identify what responses worked well and which ones fell short, then adjust their approach. Combined with the SAGE Protocol’s earned autonomy, your agent genuinely gets better the more it’s used.
