How does earned autonomy work in practice?
Every agent starts at Level 1 (Supervised) where all actions require approval. As the agent demonstrates consistent quality across conversations, its trust score increases through Bayesian scoring. At each threshold, the agent earns more independence. You can also manually override the level at any time.
What happens if an agent gives a wrong answer?
Our LLM-as-Judge system scores every response. If quality drops below threshold, the agent's autonomy level decreases automatically. For critical errors, the system triggers human escalation with full conversation context. All conversations are logged and reviewable in your dashboard.
